Pick-Up Policies

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED PICK-UP, PLEASE CONTACT US AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE to make other arrangements. 

If you can’t pick up:
·         You can have a friend or family member pick up for you
·         You can pick up your share at one of the other pick-up locations and times for that month only
·         If neither of the above options is possible for you, we may be able to schedule another time for you to get your share. This option is a last resort and we do not guarantee we will be able to accommodate all schedules.

If you do not pick up your share and have not contacted us, we will likely donate your share for that month to a local soup kitchen (since most pick-up sites do not have freezer space to store shares).
